Refund policy
Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record, issues every refund. This policy matches Polar's rules.
When you can get a refund
- Subscriptions (Pro, renewed yearly): within 30 days of the first payment or the last renewal.
- One-off purchases: within 10 days of the purchase.
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. After a refund, the license stops working.
How to ask
- In the Polar customer portal, or
- by email to support@saffo.dev, with the email address you used at checkout.
We answer within two working days.
Cancelling without a refund
To stop future charges, cancel in the Polar customer portal. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
