Curbcut

Effective date: 5 November 2026.

These terms cover the Curbcut browser extension, the Curbcut extension for VS Code, Curbcut Pro and this website. By installing Curbcut or buying Pro, you agree to them.

Terms of use

What Curbcut does and does not do

Curbcut runs automated checks. Automated checks find only part of all WCAG failures, so a result without issues does not mean a page is accessible. Curbcut does not make a site compliant with WCAG, the ADA, the European Accessibility Act or any other law or standard, and we give no such guarantee. Use the results together with manual testing.

Terms of sale

Liability

Curbcut is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or claims that a site is not accessible or not compliant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Curbcut in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the last change. Changes do not apply to a paid year that has already started, except where the law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not take away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
